Every year, for the past 27 years, REACH (Rural Entrepreneurship for Art & Cultural Heritage) has organized Virāsaat – a heritage & folklife festival in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. This festival showcases India's arts and culture in a fun and educational way. Visitors can learn about their roots while enjoying the arts.
While it welcomes experimental genres, Virāsaat mainly focuses on folk and classical arts, as well as the folk culture of Uttarakhand. REACH, founded in 1995 in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, began its journey with the Virāsat Festival. Since then, it has undertaken various projects to promote India's arts, culture, and heritage values.
