- Only fiction films are accepted for the festival.
- Movies must be at least 70 minutes long.
- A movie's completion date must fall between August 1, 2023, and July 31, 2024.
- The Entries in this section, with the exception of Indian films, should not have previously been physically released, broadcast on an OTT platform, or screened in India.
- There must be English subtitles on films.
