Arthi

Mahashivratri stands as one of India's grandest and most significant sacred festivals. This celebration honors the grace of Shiva, revered as the Adi Guru or the First Guru, from whom the Yogic tradition originates. On this night, known as the darkest of the year, the planetary alignments prompt a potent natural surge of energy within the human system. Remaining awake and attentive in an upright position throughout the night holds immense benefits for both physical and spiritual well-being.
