Before we go ahead and discuss North Goa, let's find ways to visit Goa.
You can book direct flights from various places to North Goa. North Goa has two Airports functioning: The first one is Dabolim Airport, Dabolim, South Goa the second one is the new Manohar International Airport (GOX) at Mopa, North Goa.
The new airport will connect major cities across India namely, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and Hyderabad. Flights from Indigo, Akasa Air, and Vistara are available on a daily basis from major cities to Manohar International Airport (GOX) at Mopa, North Goa.
The Goa International Airport is located in the Dabolim district, 55 kilometers from Mopa Airport, 100 kilometers from South Goa, and 26 kilometers from Panjim.
You can book flight tickets either directly from the Airline's website or from various other websites at the best deals. The flight can range from INR 1800 - INR 7000. You can also book the cheapest flight with the best deals from Skyscanner as they give you a comparison of the cost for the flight booking.

Trains
You can also take trains to Goa if you would like to spend some time traveling. There are two major railway stations both located in the Southern area of the state. The South Central Railway terminus is at Vasco-da-Gama and the Konkan Railway terminus is at Margao. Konkan Railways takes around 8 - 9 hours to reach Goa. You can take trains from major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad.

Road
By road, Goa is linked to all major Indian cities via the National Highways NH4A, NH17, and NH17A. Most of the highway roads along the route are in excellent condition and can be driven at reasonable speeds. Buses run at regular intervals throughout the day from Goa to most towns and cities in neighboring states, including Mumbai, Pune, Belgaum, Hubli, Bangalore, Mangalore, and others. These services are provided by the state-owned Kadamba Transport Corporation (white and blue buses) as well as the transportation corporations of neighboring states.
